I’m Brendan Banks—known as BRENDO. This spot at 82 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY, is built on years of kitchen experience, starting as a dishwasher at 11 in my father’s restaurants. After serving in the Army, I returned to my first love—making bold, top-quality heros. From cheesesteaks to chicken cutlets, everything’s fresh, flavorful, and made with heart. It’s food with attitude, rooted in tradition and served with pride.
